Insertion in Subcontracts. The Contractor shall set forth in all subcontracts Subsections 1 through 16 above so that all of the provisions of this section will be inserted in all construction subcontracts of any tier, and such other clauses as the Government may by appropriate instructions require.
Insertion in Subcontracts. The Contractor and each Subcontractor shall insert in any Subcontracts the clauses set forth in Sections 46.16.1 through 46.16.7 of this “Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards” clause (Section 46.16), and also a clause requiring the Subcontractors to include these clauses in any lower-tier Subcontracts. The Contractor shall be responsible for compliance by any Subcontractor (including any lower-tier Subcontractor) with the clauses set forth in Sections 46.16.1 through 46.16.7.
