ORDER OF WORK. 5.7.1 When required by the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, CONTRACTOR shall follow the sequence of operations as set forth therein. Full compensation for conforming with such requirements will be considered as included in the prices paid for CONTRACT items of WORK and no additional compensation will be allowed therefore.
5.7.2 The organization of the SPECIFICATIONS into divisions and articles and the arrangement of drawings shall not control CONTRACTOR in dividing the WORK among SUBCONTRACTORS or in establishing the extent of WORK to be performed by any trade.

However, the contractor shall be responsible for the completion of the entire job within the item limit specified, failing which liquidated damages shall be payable by the Contractor.
ORDER OF WORK. 4.1.1 Forests NSW will provide to the Contractor an Order of Work for each Year of the Term before the commencement of the Year.
4.1.2 The parties agree that each Order of Work sets out indicative information, which is subject to variation. While Forests NSW will endeavour to provide the best information available to assist the Contractor to plan its operations, no guarantee is given as to either the accuracy of the information or the scope of Harvesting Operations indicated by an Order of Work.
4.1.3 Forests NSW must use all reasonable endeavours with due regard to:
(a) Market Collapse; and
(b) available timber; to only include Harvesting Units which are within the Priority Supply Area, in the Order of Work.
ORDER OF WORK. Mobilization of the NOV-NF-W-05b.1.b contract shall require previous approval by a representative of Construction Division (Resident Engineer, Project Engineer, or Quality Assurance/Quality Control Inspector) and/or the Technical Manager. The order of work for the repairs to the pump units at WCPS shall start with the repairs of Pump Unit #2 and Pump Unit #3 and finish with Pump Unit #4 and Pump Unit #1. The Contractor shall document by photographs and/or video the existing conditions in the areas in and around the pump station where they intend to work and submit them to the Government. The Contractor shall submit their schedule for accomplishing this work within the calendar days allotted in paragraph 6 before commencement of work.
ORDER OF WORK. 3.1 It will be necessary for the Contractor to complete the work as schedule dictates.

The order of work shall be as follows:
1. Obtain all approvals and permits from local agencies, including OCPW Buildings for the proprietary boardwalk bridge final designs.
2. Perform site photo/video survey
3. Furnish and install Project Information Signs
4. Prepare and provide all required submittals for the ENGINEER’s approval,
5. Comply with regulatory permit requirements,
6. Implement Erosion Control,
7. Clearing and grubbing,
8. All Contract Work,
9. Project area clean up, and
10. Demobilize
ORDER OF WORK. The project site is located in a climate that can experience freezing temperatures throughout the year. While determination of the means, methods, techniques, sequences, and procedures of construction are the responsibility of the Contractor, such sequencing and procedures must bear climatic conditions in mind. Work shall be scheduled and protected such that inclement weather does not damage the Work or result in a hazardous condition.
ORDER OF WORK. The location where Project improvements are to be constructed will be exposed to public traffic. The Contractor shall conduct operations so that conditions do not exist that would create a nuisance, hazard, or other damage. Appropriate safety measures, warning devices and protective devices shall be implemented to protect all workers, the traveling public, and the work.
ORDER OF WORK. Unless directed otherwise by the City Manager, or designee, the order of the various work activities shall be completed at the discretion of the Contractor.
