INSPECTION AND ENTRY BY OWNER. Lessee shall permit Lessor and Lessor's agents to enter into and upon the premises at all reasonable times for the purpose of inspecting the same, or for the purpose of making reasonable repairs, alterations or additions to any portion of said premises which Lessor may see fit to make, including installation of pipes, conduits, etc. to service adjacent property, without any reduction or rebate of rent to Lessee for loss of occupancy or quiet enjoyment of the premises thereby occasioned, and Lessee shall permit Lessor at any time after sixty (60) days prior to expiration of the leasehold term to place upon the premises "for rent," "for lease," or other signs.

INSPECTION AND ENTRY BY OWNER. Landlord and its agents shall have the right at any reasonable time and upon at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice to Tenant, to enter upon the Premises so long as it does not interfere with the business activities of Tenant on the Premises, for the purpose of inspection, serving or posting notices, maintaining the Premises, making any necessary repairs, alterations or additions to any portion of the Premises to the extent required or permitted to Landlord under this Lease.
INSPECTION AND ENTRY BY OWNER. Owner and its authorized agents and representatives shall have the right to enter the Premises during all reasonable hours in order to examine the Premises and shall be allowed to exhibit the Premises to any prospective tenant at any time within ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of the term of this Lease and may enter the Premises to make repairs required of Owner under the terms hereof, if any. Owner and its agents and representatives shall give at least one (1) business day's written notice of any such entry, except in the event of emergency, in which event Owner shall provide notice to Tenant as soon as reasonably possible.=The inspection rights described in this Paragraph shall in no way diminish Tenant's duty to provide notice of needed repairs described in the Paragraph of this Lease entitled "Maintenance and Repair."

  • Inspection of Agreement A copy of this Agreement shall be available at all reasonable times at the principal corporate trust office of the Warrant Agent for inspection by the holder of any Warrant Certificate. The Warrant Agent may require such holder to submit his Warrant Certificate for inspection by it.

  • Books and Records; Inspection and Examination The Borrower will keep accurate books of record and account for itself pertaining to the Collateral and pertaining to the Borrower's business and financial condition and such other matters as the Lender may from time to time request in which true and complete entries will be made in accordance with GAAP and, upon the Lender's request, will permit any officer, employee, attorney or accountant for the Lender to audit, review, make extracts from or copy any and all corporate and financial books and records of the Borrower at all times during ordinary business hours, to send and discuss with account debtors and other obligors requests for verification of amounts owed to the Borrower, and to discuss the Borrower's affairs with any of its directors, officers, employees or agents. The Borrower will permit the Lender, or its employees, accountants, attorneys or agents, to examine and inspect any Collateral, other collateral covered by the Security Documents or any other property of the Borrower at any time during ordinary business hours.

  • Inspection and Verification The Secured Parties and such persons as the Secured Parties may reasonably designate shall have the right to inspect the Collateral, all records related thereto (and to make extracts and copies from such records) and the premises upon which any of the Collateral is located, to discuss the Grantor’s affairs with the officers of the Grantor and its independent accountants and to verify under reasonable procedures the validity, amount, quality, quantity, value, condition and status of, or any other matter relating to, the Collateral, including, in the case of collateral in the possession of any third Person, by contacting any account debtor or third Person possessing such Collateral for the purpose of making such a verification.   • Inspection and Testing Each Constructing Entity shall cause inspection and testing of the Interconnection Facilities that it constructs in accordance with the provisions of this section.   • Audit, Inspection and Visitation The Adviser shall make available to the Trust during regular business hours all records and other data created and maintained pursuant to the foregoing provisions of this Agreement for reasonable audit and inspection by the Trust or any regulatory agency having authority over the Trust.

  • EXAMINATION OF MORTGAGE FILES AND DUE DILIGENCE REVIEW 3.1 Seller shall (i) deliver to Purchaser on or before the Closing Date a diskette acceptable to Purchaser that contains such information about the Mortgage Loans as may be reasonably requested by Purchaser, (ii) deliver to Purchaser on or before the Closing Date investor files (collectively the “Collateral Information”) with respect to the Mortgage Loans proposed to be included in the Issuing Entity and made available at Purchaser’s headquarters in New York, and (iii) otherwise cooperate fully with Purchaser in its examination of the credit files, underwriting documentation and Mortgage Files for the Mortgage Loans and its due diligence review of the Mortgage Loans. The fact that Purchaser has conducted or has failed to conduct any partial or complete examination of the credit files, underwriting documentation or Mortgage Files for the Mortgage Loans shall not affect the right of Purchaser or the Trustee to cause Seller to cure any Material Defect, or to repurchase or replace the defective Mortgage Loans pursuant to Section 5 hereof.

  • REPORTS; INSPECTION OF TRANSFER BOOKS The Company is subject to the periodic reporting requirements of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and, accordingly, files reports with the Commission. Those reports will be available for inspection and copying through the Commission’s XXXXX system on the Internet at xxx.xxx.xxx or at public reference facilities maintained by the Commission located at 000 X Xxxxxx, X.X., Xxxxxxxxxx, X.X. 00000. The Depositary will make available for inspection by Owners at its Corporate Trust Office any reports, notices and other communications, including any proxy soliciting material, received from the Company which are both (a) received by the Depositary as the holder of the Deposited Securities and (b) made generally available to the holders of such Deposited Securities by the Company. The Depositary will also, upon written request by the Company, send to Owners copies of such reports when furnished by the Company pursuant to the Deposit Agreement. Any such reports and communications, including any such proxy soliciting material, furnished to the Depositary by the Company shall be furnished in English to the extent such materials are required to be translated into English pursuant to any regulations of the Commission. The Depositary will keep books, at its Corporate Trust Office, for the registration of American Depositary Shares and transfers of American Depositary Shares which at all reasonable times shall be open for inspection by the Owners, provided that such inspection shall not be for the purpose of communicating with Owners in the interest of a business or object other than the business of the Company or a matter related to the Deposit Agreement or the American Depositary Shares.

  • Inspection by Lessor Upon reasonable advance notice, Lessee, during reasonable business hours and subject to Lessee's security requirements, will make the Equipment and its related log and maintenance records available to Lessor for inspection.
