Common use of Inspection, Consultation and Advice Clause in Contracts

Inspection, Consultation and Advice. The Company shall permit each Investor and such persons as it may designate, at such Investor's expense, to visit and inspect any of the properties of the Company, examine its books and take copies and extracts therefrom, discuss the affairs, finances and accounts of the Company with its officers, employees and public accountants (and the Company hereby authorizes said accountants to discuss with such Investor and such designees such affairs, finances and accounts), and consult with and advise the management of the Company as to its affairs, finances and accounts, all at reasonable times and upon reasonable notice to the Company.

The Company shall permit each Investor the Purchaser and such persons Persons as it may designate, at such Investor's the Purchaser’s expense, to visit and inspect any of the properties of the Company, examine its their books and take copies and extracts therefrom, discuss the affairs, finances and accounts of the Company with its their officers, employees and public accountants (and the Company hereby authorizes said accountants to discuss with such Investor the Purchaser and such its designees such affairs, finances and accounts), and consult with and advise the management of the Company as to its the Company’s affairs, finances and accounts, all at reasonable times and upon reasonable notice to the Companynotice.
