Common use of Inspection License Clause in Contracts

Inspection License. In connection with Purchaser’s Examinations and Approvals, Purchaser, and such agents as Purchaser, in its sole and absolute discretion, may designate, are hereby granted the right, license, and privilege, during the Due Diligence Period, to enter upon the Subject Property at such reasonable times as Purchaser desires, for the purpose of performing Purchaser’s Examinations and Approvals. Purchaser shall hold Seller harmless and indemnify Seller (including payment of attorneys’ fees), its agents and employees for any injury to person or property to the extent arising out of the negligent acts or omissions of Purchaser, or its agents, while conducting any test or inspection of the Subject Property.
