Inspection of Residence and Right of Entry. Resident shall permit Messiah Village, or its agents, or any representative of any holder of a mortgage or similar interest on the property, or, when authorized by Messiah Village, the employees of any contractor, utility company, municipal agency or others, to enter the Residence for the purpose of making reasonable inspections and repairs and replacements. Such entry will be made only with reasonable advance notice, except in emergency situations. Messiah Village shall have the right to enter the Residence to perform routine maintenance and for other reasonably necessary purposes, including response to an emergency event, having due regard for Resident’s privacy.

  • Right of Entry The Landlord shall have the right to enter the Premises during normal working hours by providing at least twenty-four (24) hours notice in order for inspection, make necessary repairs, alterations or improvements, to supply services as agreed or for any reasonable purpose. The Landlord may exhibit the Premises to prospective purchasers, mortgagees, or lessees upon reasonable notice.

  • INSPECTION OF SITE The tenderers are advised to inspect the building and finishes (glass, aluminum composite panel, crystalline glass, Italian marble, granite, tiles, carpets, stainless steel cladding, veneers, laminates etc.) before quoting their rates. It is expected that the tenderers will provide high quality services without damaging the existing finishes provided in the various areas of the premises.

  • INSPECTION AND REJECTION 8.1 Purchaser shall have the right to inspect and test Products at any time prior to shipment, and within a reasonable time after delivery to the Purchaser’s Destination. Products not inspected within a reasonable time after delivery shall be deemed accepted by Purchaser.
