Inspection of Visible Conditions. Design Build Entity shall be responsible for performing on-Site inspections of visible conditions necessary to perform or furnish the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents. Design Build Entity shall take field measurements, verify field conditions, and carefully compare those field measurements, conditions, and other information known to Design Build Entity with the Contract Documents before commencing any Work.
