INSPECTION PRIVILEGES. a) Authorized agents of the Union shall, after requesting permission which shall not be unduly denied by the Employer, have access to the establishment(s) where employees of the Employer are employed, during working hours, and for the purpose of adjusting disputes, investigating working conditions, and ascertaining that the Agreement is being adhered to, provided however that there is no interruption of the working schedule.
