Inspection Procedures. 6.2.1 All work to be carried out on the Aircraft and all materials and parts thereof will be at all reasonable times open to inspection during business hours by duly authorized representatives of the Buyer or its designee at the works of the relevant manufacture facility of the Seller or its Affiliates and, if possible, at the works of their respective subcontractors.
