Inspection Procedures. 6.2.1 All work to be carried out on the Aircraft and all materials and parts thereof will be at all reasonable times open to inspection during business hours by duly authorized representatives of the Buyer or its designee at the works of the relevant manufacture facility of the Seller or its Affiliates and, if possible, at the works of their respective subcontractors. These representatives will have access to such relevant technical data as are reasonably necessary for this purpose (except that, if access to any part of the respective works where construction is in progress or materials or parts are stored is restricted for security reasons, the Seller, its Affiliates and relevant subcontractors, as the case may be, will be allowed a reasonable time to make the items available for inspection elsewhere). The actual detailed inspection of the Aircraft, materials and parts thereof will take place only in the presence of the respective inspection department personnel of the Seller, its Affiliates or relevant subcontractors. The procedures for such inspections will be agreed on with the Buyer before any inspection. The Seller will ensure that such personnel will be available at all reasonable times during business hours as described above. 6.2.2 All inspections, examinations and discussions with the Seller’s or its subcontractors’ engineering or other personnel by the Buyer and its representatives will be performed in such a manner as not to delay or hinder either the work to be carried out on the Aircraft or the proper performance of this Agreement.
