Inspection upon receipt. Buyer shall inspect the Products promptly upon receipt (but in no event later than ten days after receipt) for damage, shortage, or defects. Claims of damage, shortage or defects must be provided in writing by Buyer to Seller within fifteen (15) days of Buyer’s receipt of the Products.
