Inspection upon receipt. Buyer shall inspect the Products promptly upon receipt (but in no event later than ten days after receipt at Buyer’s facility) for damage, shortage, or defects. Claims of damage, shortage or defects must be provided in writing by Buyer to Seller within fifteen (15) days of its receipt of the Products.
