INSPECTIONS AND AUDITS. 8 3 25.4.1 The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services 9 4 Comptroller General fieneral of the United States, Director of CDSS, State Auditor- 10 General5 fieneral, ADMINISTRATOR, COUNTY's Auditor-Controller and Internal Audit 11 6 Department, or any of their authorized representatives, shall have access to 12 7 any books, documents, papers and records, including medical records, of 13 8 CONTRACTOR which any of them may determine to be pertinent to this Agreement 14 9 for the purpose of financial monitoring. Further, all the above mentioned 15 10 persons have the right at all reasonable times to inspect or otherwise 16 11 evaluate the work performed or being performed under this Agreement and the 17 12 premises in which it is being performed.
