Inspections and class records a) The Obligors shall permit, and shall procure that any charterers permit, one person appointed by the Agent to inspect the Vessels once a year for the account of the Borrowers upon the Agent giving prior written notice. For as long as no Event of Default has occurred, such inspection shall not interfere with the commercial planning/operation of the Vessels.
b) The Obligors shall instruct the classification society to send to the Agent, following a written request from the Agent, copies of all class records held by the classification society in relation to the Vessels.
Inspections and class records. (a) The Obligors shall permit, and shall procure that any charterers and/or managers permit, one person appointed by the Agent to inspect each of the Rigs once a year for the account of the Borrower upon the Agent giving prior written notice.
(b) The Obligors shall instruct the classification society to send to the Agent, following a written request from the Agent, copies of all class records held by the classification society in relation to the Rigs.

Such inspection shall be for the account of the Lenders unless an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, in which case it shall be for the account of the Borrowers.
(b) The Parent shall instruct the classification society to send to the Agent, following a written request from the Agent, copies of all class records held by the classification society in relation to the Rigs.

(a) The Borrowers shall procure that the Agent's surveyor at the Borrowers’ cost, is permitted to inspect the condition of the Vessels once a year, if so requested by the Agent, provided always that such arrangement shall not interfere with the operation of the Vessels and subject to satisfactory indemnities approved by the P&I insurers.
(b) The Borrowers shall instruct the classification society to give the Agent access to class records and other information from the classification society in respect of the Vessels, by sending a written instruction in such form and substance as the Agent may require. The Agent shall also be granted electronic access to class records.

b) The Borrower shall instruct the classification society to send to the Agent, following a written request from the Agent, copies of all class records held by the classification society in relation to the Vessel.

(a) The Obligors shall permit, and shall procure that any charterers and/or managers permit, one or more persons appointed by the Security Agent to inspect the Rig once a year for the account of the Lenders upon the Security Agent giving prior written notice as long as such inspection does not interfere with the operations of the Rig. The Borrower will in connection to such visit respond to questions provided in connection with such inspection. If a Default has occurred or in case a material class recommendation has been made against the Rig the person appointed by the Security Agent shall be allowed to make as many visits as the Security Agent deems necessary, such additional visits to be for the account of the Borrower.
(b) The Obligors shall instruct the classification society to send to the Security Agent, following a written request from the Security Agent, copies of all class records held by the classification society in relation to the Rig.

(a) The Borrower shall, and shall procure that the Technical Manager shall, procure that the Agent’s surveyor at the Borrower’s cost, is permitted to inspect the condition of the Vessel once a year, if so requested by the Agent, provided always that such arrangement shall not interfere with the operation of the Vessel and subject to satisfactory indemnities approved by the P&I insurers.
(b) The Borrower shall, and shall ensure that any charterers shall, instruct the classification society, to give the Agent access to class records and other information from the classification society in respect of the Vessel, by sending a written instruction in such form and substance as the Agent may require. The Agent shall also be granted electronic access to class records.
Inspections and class records. (a) The Borrowers shall permit, and shall procure that any charterers permit, any surveyors appointed by the Agent to inspect the Vessels at any reasonable time for the account of the Lenders (unless and Event of Default has occurred by which it should be for the account of the Borrowers) upon the Agent given prior written notice, always provided that such inspection shall not interfere with the normal operation and trading of the Vessels, provided however that following an Event of Default, the Agent is entitled to do an inspection whether or not it interferers with the trading and operation of the Vessels.
(b) Each Borrower shall, and shall procure that the Manager shall procure that the Agent is:
(i) granted permission to access class records and other information from the classification society in relation to each Vessel, through a letter sent by that Borrower to the classification society (in a form prepared or approved by the Agent), which will also specify that should there be a condition of class imposed or a class recommendation issued in respect of a Vessel, the classification society shall immediately inform the Agent by email; and
(ii) granted electronic access to class records directly by the classification society or indirectly via the account manager of that Xxxxxxxx and/or the Manager (as the case may be) and designating the Agent as a user or administrator of the system under its account.
(c) The Borrowers shall, and shall procure that the relevant Manager shall, instruct the classification society to send to the Agent, following a written request from the Agent, copies of all class records held by the classification society in relation to each Vessel.

The Borrower will in connection to such visit respond to questions provided in connection with such inspection. If a Default has occurred or in case a material class recommendation has been made against a Collateral Rig the person appointed by the Agent shall be allowed to make as many visits as the Agent deems necessary, such additional visits also to be for the account of the Borrower.
(b) The Obligors shall instruct the classification society to send to the Agent, following a written request from the Agent, copies of all class records held by the classification society in relation to the Collateral Rigs.
