Inspector Labor Charge. Provides for CenturyLink qualified personnel, acting as an inspector, when CLEC requires access to the C-POI after the initial installation. A call-out of an inspector after business hours is subject to a minimum charge of three (3) hours. The minimum call-out charge shall apply when no other employee is present in the location, and an 'off-shift' CenturyLink employee (or contract employee) is required to go 'on-shift' on behalf of CLEC.
