Installation and Decommission. a. Contractor will secure for itself to perform Work within the proposed right-of-way for ingress and egress from public and private roads for clearances, restrictions, bridge load limits, bond requirements, permits and other limitations that may affect transportation, and storage of Contractor’s equipment, material and manpower.
