Installation of Works and Facilities. 3. The Owner covenants to provide, construct, install and maintain, as set out and provided for in Schedule “B” and to the satisfaction of the Municipality, the works and facilities more particularly described in Schedule “B” (hereinafter, the “Works and Facilities”) which shall be provided, constructed, installed and maintained by the Owner in accordance with Schedule “B” and this Agreement, at absolutely no expense to the Municipality.
Installation of Works and Facilities. 3. The Owner covenants to provide, construct, install and maintain, as set out and provided for in Schedule “B” and to the satisfaction of the Municipality, the works and facilities more particularly described in Schedule “B” (hereinafter, the “Works and Facilities”) which shall be provided, constructed, installed and maintained by the Owner in accordance with Schedule “B” and at absolutely no expense to the Municipality. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Parties acknowledge and agree that the location of the private sanitary systems and the road entrances shown in Schedule “B” represent a proposal by the Owner and may not reflect the final location of said works. The Parties acknowledge and agree that while such works form part of the Works and Facilities as defined herein, the final location and construction details of the private sanitary systems and the road entrances to be constructed pursuant to this Agreement, shall be governed through the Municipality’s building permit/road entrance permit processes at the time of development of the Severed Lots.

The Owner covenants to provide, construct, install and maintain, as set out and provided for in Schedule “B” and to the satisfaction of the Municipality, the works and facilities more particularly described in Schedule “B” (hereinafter, the “Works and Facilities”) which shall be provided, constructed, installed and maintained by the Owner at absolutely no expense to the Municipality. Where any of the drawings set out and provided for in Schedule “B” require the Owner to remove and dispose of infrastructure, the Owner covenants to remove said infrastructure as set out and provided for in Schedule “B” to the satisfaction of the Municipality, at absolutely no expense to the Municipality.
