The Drawings definition

The Drawings means the drawings exhibited or provided for the guidance of the Contractor.

The Drawings shall include Maps, Plans and Tracings OR Prints thereof with any modifications approved, in writing by the Engineer-in-charge and such other drawings as may, from time to time, be furnished or approved in writing by the Engineer-in-charge.

The Drawings means the graphic and pictorial portions of the Contract Documents, wherever located and whenever issued, showing the design, location and dimensions of the Work, and includes plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, diagrams and drawing notes.

• In the case of a discrepancy or ambiguity solely between and among the Drawings and Specifications, the discrepancy or ambiguity shall be resolved in favor of the interpretation that will provide District with the functionally complete and operable Project described in the Drawings and Specifications.

• The entire bidding documents, including but not limited to the: Notice to Contractors, Instructions to Bidders, Contractor’s Bid, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, Special Conditions, Technical Specifications, Addenda, and the Drawings (if any), together with this Agreement form the Contract, and they are as fully a part of the Contract as if hereto attached.

• As between the Parties, the Employer shall retain the copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Specification, the Drawings and other documents made by (or on behalf of) the Employer.

More Definitions of The Drawings

The Drawings. , as used herein, shall mean the Architectural and Mechanical Drawings on which the work is shown.

The Drawings means all plans, drawings, sections and the design or working documents listed in schedule [ ] [and attached to this Agreement].
