Installation, Operation. Maintenance and Calibration of Measurement Systems. The Contractor shall be responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance and calibration of the measurement systems, under CNH’s supervision. The measurement system shall be supplied by the Contractor and will require approval by CNH, which will verify compliance with the Applicable Laws and Industry Best Practices. At the Contractor’s expense, an independent third party approved by CNH shall verify that the measurement system, its operation and its management are suitable and that it is measuring the volumes and quality of the Hydrocarbons within the parameters for uncertainty and tolerance established by CNH.
