Common use of Installation Site Clause in Contracts

Installation Site. You will prepare the installation site in accordance with the site preparation requirements rea- sonably required by us. We may refuse to install Purchased Equipment and/or a Service if the installation site has not been prepared in accordance with our reasonable requirements. We may agree from time to time to change the installation site, in which case we will be entitled to impose an additional Fee for our costs.
