Institution Teachers. Notwithstanding that the payroll reduction will be charged on a fiscal year basis, employees working on a 10-month school calendar will be permitted to use the nine days deficit reduction leave at any time during the remaining 2011-2012 academic year and/or the 2012-2013 academic year.
