Institutional Facilities. 3.1.1 The Association shall have the right to use, without charge, institutional buildings, facilities, and standard office equipment at reasonable times for the purposes of conducting Association business and related matters. The District shall facilitate the provision of office space on each campus which may be shared by the Association and the Senates. The District shall provide the necessary equipment.
