Common use of Institution’s Insurance Clause in Contracts

Institution’s Insurance. The Institution, by signing this Agreement, confirms that the Institution, the facility in which the Study will be conducted and its employees who will conduct the Study are covered by valid and sufficient insurance of liability for damage caused by provision of health care according to applicable legal regulations. 16.2
