Instructional Time 26.1 Each full-time elementary teacher's regular weekly assignment shall not exceed 23 hours 45 minutes of instructional time inclusive of preparation time as provided for in Article D.4 except for teachers who enrol only Kindergarten whose regular weekly assignment shall not exceed 24 hours of instruction time inclusive of preparation time.
Instruction 4.1 The Data Processor may only act and process the Personal Data in accordance with the documented instruction from the Data Controller (the "Instruction"), unless required by law to act without such instruction. The Instruction at the time of entering into this Data Processor Agreement (DPA) is that the Data Processor may only process the Personal Data with the purpose of delivering the Membership Services. Subject to the terms of this DPA and with mutual agreement of the parties, the Data Controller may issue additional written instructions consistent with the terms of this Agreement. The Data Controller is responsible for ensuring that all individuals who provide written instructions are authorised to do so.
Instructional Day 6 The hours of employment defined in Sections A.1., A.2., and A.3. above shall include 7 at least the required number of instructional minutes to qualify for incentive funding 8 provided in Education Code, Section 46201. Conversation Time The time that both Parties’ equipment is used for a completed call, measured from the receipt of Answer Supervision to the receipt of Disconnect Supervision.
Preparation Time 1. Each full-time elementary teacher shall receive 100 minutes of preparation time per week scheduled in accordance with the Previous Collective Agreement.

Union Time The Union President or his designated representative(s) shall have available a bank of two hundred (200) hours maximum per contract year to conduct Union business. This means the combined hours used by the Union President and his designated representative(s) to conduct the above described activities shall not exceed two hundred (200) hours per contract year. Such leave shall be provided upon written notice by the Union submitted to the Department Head not less than one (1) calendar week in advance of the requested date, or in the event that the one week notice is not possible, it shall be provided with reasonable notice.
