Attendance at Grievance Meetings. A Teacher's attendance at a meeting at any stage of the grievance procedure including arbitration shall be without loss of pay or any other entitlement. As far as practicable, such meetings shall be held during the school day.
Attendance at Grievance Meetings. An employee whose presence is required at any grievance meeting described in this Article shall be made available for such time as needed at the grievance meeting without loss of pay or leave. Whenever illness or other incapacity of either party or its representatives prevents attendance at a grievance meeting, the time limit shall be extended to such time that such person(s) can be present.
Attendance at Grievance Meetings. The Grievor's attendance at a meeting at any stage of the grievance procedure shall be without loss of pay or any other entitlement. Representation at the meeting shall be limited to one Union representative from the geographic area where the meeting occurs and shall be without loss of pay or any other entitlement. Such representation may be mutually altered by the Parties under special circumstances. This clause does not apply to the arbitration process.
Attendance at Grievance Meetings. Employee attendance at grievance meetings, which will be scheduled by the Auditor so as not to interfere with the overall conduct of work, shall be limited to a person designated in the grievance procedure. If a grievance involves more than one (1) employee, one (1) of such employees shall be selected by the Union to attend the grievance meetings, and such employee shall be considered as the aggrieved employee under the grievance procedure.
Attendance at Grievance Meetings. The grievor shall have the right to be in attendance at all grievance meetings and at arbitration without loss of basic pay or benefits for scheduled hours and shall be accompanied by a xxxxxxx or an available union representative in this process.
Attendance at Grievance Meetings. Excluding arbitration, attendance at grievance meetings is at the discretion of the Member, provided:
(a) if the attendance is required by the Employer, coverage for the Member absence is the responsibility of the Employer.
(b) if the attendance is required by the Union/Local, or is at the request of the Member, responsibility for coverage of the Member absence is the responsibility of the Union/Local. Reimbursement for costs shall be at the daily occasional rate. As far as is practicable, such meetings shall be held outside of instructional hours. Coverage for any Member's attendance at an arbitration hearing shall be the responsibility of the Party requiring the Member's attendance. Reimbursement for costs shall be at the daily occasional rate.
Attendance at Grievance Meetings. If any grievance meetings/arbitration hearings are scheduled during the working hours of any grievant who desires to attend or his Union representative, such employee(s) shall be released from duty to attend such meetings/arbitration hearings without loss of pay.
Attendance at Grievance Meetings. No teacher who is summoned to be in attendance at any stage of the grievance arbitration procedures shall be detrimentally affected with respect to any provision within this Agreement.
Attendance at Grievance Meetings. Every effort shall be made to hold grievance meetings and/or arbitration hearings on shift. However, if any grievance meeting or arbitration hearings are required to be scheduled during the working hours of any grievant, only the grievant shall be released from duty to attend such meetings or arbitration hearings, without loss of pay.

(a) if the attendance is required by the Employer, coverage for the Occasional Teacher absence is the responsibility of the Employer.
(b) if the attendance is required by the Union/Local, or is at the request of the Occasional Teacher, responsibility for coverage of the Occasional Teacher absence is the responsibility of the Union/Local. Reimbursement for costs shall be at the daily occasional rate. As far as is practicable, such meetings shall be held outside of instructional hours. Coverage for any Occasional Teacher's attendance at an arbitration hearing shall be the responsibility of the Party requiring the teacher's attendance. Reimbursement for costs shall be at the daily occasional rate.
