Instructional Leadership. a. Department heads, in consultation with members of the department, will provide instructional leadership through: i. Development of yearly program objectives, *ii. Setting consistent evaluation and grading practices, *iii. Selection of textbooks and resource materials, *iv. Guidance and orientation of student teachers and teachers new to the department.
