Total weekly contact hours for Tenured and Probationary Faculty are calculated by which type of of credit(s) is identified on the Transmittal form and based on the an 11 week quarter. The following definitions outlined below as were established by SBCTC.to guide instructional practice, with each definition equating to a minimum of three weekly hours of student effort per credit.
