Instructions, inspections and audits. 26.1 The Contractor shall carry out all instructions of the Project Manager, which comply with the applicable laws where the Site is located. 26.2 The Contractor shall permit the Government of Zanzibar to inspect the Contractor's accounts and records relating to the performance of the Contractor and to have them audited by auditors appointed by the Government of Zanzibar if so required by the Government of Zanzibar.
