Instructions to Solicitors. 4.7.1. The Landlord will be informed of any breaches or, disputes, or issues arising under the Tenancy that come to Quinta Estates Limited attention. We will seek to resolve the same but if we cannot, the Landlord recognises that Quinta Estates Limited are not lawyers. We cannot act in such a capacity and the Landlord agrees at Quinta Estates Limited’s request that they will in that event immediately instruct their own solicitor to act for them. Quinta Estates Limited will assist those Solicitors and provide them with any relevant information or documentation that they hold. If any of Quinta Estates Limited staff attend at your solicitor’s offices or at Court, then You will be charged for this service at £120 inc. VAT per hour unless a Director is involved where You will be charged at £240 per hour inc. VAT.

However, if it is necessary for a solicitor to take action, you will be responsible for instructing your own lawyer and for all fees involved, unless you instruct us to deal with this on your behalf and sufficient funds are made available to us to cover such costs payable at the time of instructing us.

If you describe any beneficiary or institution inconsistently by name and number, other institutions and we may process the transaction solely on the basis of the number, even if the number identifies a person or entity different from the named beneficiary or institution.
