The Contract Documents which comprise the entire Agreement between OWNER and CONTRACTOR are attached to this Agreement, made a part hereof and consists of the following: Official Notice Instructions to Bidders, General and Supplementary Conditions, Addenda, Specifications, Plans, Drawings, Pre-qualification Statement, completed Bonds and Bid Form, Contract, all Amendments, Modifications, Change Orders and Supplements issued on or after the effective date of agreement.
Having examined the Site of the Work and all matters referred to in the Instructions to Bidders and the Contract Documents prepared by the Engineer for the Project, we, the undersigned, hereby offer to enter into a Contract to perform the Work for the unit prices listed in this Bid form in lawful money of the United States of America.
The Contract Documents shall be given precedence in the following order: Agreement, Modifications, Addenda, Supplementary Conditions, Special Conditions, Instructions to Bidders, General Conditions, Specifications, and Drawings.
In the event our Bid is not accepted within the time stated above, the required security deposit will be returned to the undersigned, in accordance with the provisions of the Instructions to Bidders; unless a mutually satisfactory arrangement is made for its retention and validity for an extended period of time.
The Contract Documents consist of this Contract, the Notice Inviting Bids, Instructions to Bidders, Bid (including documentation accompanying the Bid and any post- Bid documentation submitted before the Notice of Award), the Bonds, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, General Provisions, Special Provisions, Plans, Standard Plans, Standard Specifications, Reference Specifications, Addenda, Change Orders, and Supplemental Agreements.
