Instrument Trade Classifications. 28.1 The minimum classification for an instrumentation tradesperson and the appropriate allowance payable to a dual trade qualified instrumentation / electrical tradespeople shall be referred by the Union to the Disputes Board for arbitration. The Disputes Board’s determination shall be final and binding on the Parties (and there shall be no right of review by the FWC in respect of such adecision). A decision of the Disputes Board made pursuant to this clause 28.1 must not be inconsistent with the Building Code 2016.
