No amount payable to such Grantor under or in connection with any Collateral is evidenced by any instruments or tangible chattel paper in excess of $500,000 individually or $1,000,000 in the aggregate that has not been delivered to the Collateral Agent, properly endorsed for transfer, to the extent delivery is required by Section 5.5(a).
