Common use of Insufficient Number of Trainers Clause in Contracts

Insufficient Number of Trainers. In the event that a sufficient number of trainers does not exist, students will be allowed to ride with regular mass transit operators who do not elect to be instructors and said mass transit operators will not receive instructor’s pay. The Employer will make every effort to assign students with mass transit operators who have volunteered to be instructors.
