Shop Employees. If an operator accepts extra work assignment and then turns down the work he/she will be charged with the time.
Shop Employees. In lieu of receiving pay for overtime as provided for under this Labor Agreement, shop employees may, at the employee’s option, accrue overtime as compensatory time at the rate of time and one-half (1-1/2) up to a maximum of eighty-six (86) straight hours (57.3333 overtime hours) per contract year. Employees must notify the Employer of the option selected prior to the performance of overtime work.

All employment related documents, including, without limitation, employment applications, schedules, job descriptions, and pay checks, must clearly identify FRANCHISEE, and not SHOPPE COMPANY, as the employer, and shall not contain any of the MARKS.
Shop Employees. The work day for all eight (8) hour Bargaining Unit Employees shall consist of eight (8) hours of work in a work week of forty (40) hours and five (5) consecutive work days in a seven-day period commencing on Monday.
Shop Employees. The Employer will agree to provide the cost of fire insurance in an amount sufficient to cover the value of the tools required by personnel described in Section of this Agreement. The value of the aforementioned tools shall be determined in the following manner: Each employee covered by the provisions of this clause shall be required to submit an inventory together with the date of purchase and value of tools to be covered by such policy. Such inventory shall be approved by the Maintenance Manager prior to coverage being placed upon said tools. It shall be the responsibility of each employee to revise the original inventory with deletions or additions and submit the same to the Maintenance Manager annually for approval, and the Employer shall bear no responsibility for the cost of any item which does not appear on a revised list and is lost by fire.
Shop Employees. Shop Employees will be paid Statutory Holiday pay calculated at their basic hourly rate for all hours they would have normally worked.
