Shop Employees. If an operator accepts extra work assignment and then turns down the work he/she will be charged with the time.
Shop Employees. In lieu of receiving pay for overtime as provided for under this Labor Agreement, shop employees may, at the employee’s option, accrue overtime as compensatory time at the rate of time and one-half (1-1/2) up to a maximum of eighty-six (86) straight hours (57.3333 overtime hours) per contract year. Employees must notify the Employer of the option selected prior to the performance of overtime work.

Shop Employees. The Employer is permitted three (3) part-time positions in the shop that shall not require payment of fringe benefits except health insurance in accordance with Article 23 of this Agreement. Part-time service worker employees shall work no more than five (5) hours per day or fifteen
Shop Employees. There will be added to the aforementioned rates of pay Thirty-Five Cents (35¢) per hour for all work done by shop employees on any shift other than the regular day shift.
Shop Employees. The work day for all eight (8) hour Bargaining Unit Employees shall consist of eight (8) hours of work in a work week of forty (40) hours and five (5) consecutive work days in a seven-day period commencing on Monday.
Shop Employees. The SHOP shall be staffed with qualified, competent employees trained by the DESIGNATED SHOP MANAGER, and who are employed solely by FRANCHISEE and not by SHOPPE COMPANY. FRANCHISEE is solely responsible for hiring and discharging employees of the SHOP, and setting their wages and terms of employment. FRANCHISEE shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, workers' compensation laws. FRANCHISEE shall require employees to wear such uniforms or attire as SHOPPE COMPANY prescribes periodically, and otherwise comply with the ongoing SYSTEM STANDARDS. All employment related documents, including, without limitation, employment applications, schedules, job descriptions, and pay checks, must clearly identify FRANCHISEE, and not SHOPPE COMPANY, as the employer, and shall not contain any of the MARKS.
Shop Employees. Shop Employees will be paid Statutory Holiday pay calculated at their basic hourly rate for all hours they would have normally worked.
Shop Employees. Shop employee wages and conditions shall be governed as per Article I, Section B.2.
(a) An employee under this Agreement may be granted transfer to the Builders Agreement when working for an individual Employer under the following conditions: Completed three years, with a minimum of five hundred hours of work each year, under the Installers Agreement and successfully completed all JATC requirements. Such Installer shall be eligible for the journeyperson builder classification and be considered a 'shop installer' for that Employer. When working for another Employer as an Installer such employee shall be covered by the Installer Agreement. The foregoing shall not preclude such employee from working in a shop under the Installer Agreement if mutually agreeable between the employee and Employer.
Shop Employees. The normal hours of work shall be eight (8) hours daily, Monday to Friday, in accordance with the practices set out below: The normal hours of work shall be: First Shift: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Second Shift: 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
