Insulator. As of September 28, 2014, the employee contribution deducted from the wages of a journeyman is 10% of his regular wage rate per hour worked plus compulsory annual vacation pay, statutory holiday pay and sick leave pay. The employee contribution deducted from the wages of an apprentice is as specified in Article 27.03, Subsection 2) plus $1.17 per hour worked for a 3rd period apprentice, $0.99 per hour worked for a 2nd period apprentice and $0.80 per hour worked for a 1st period apprentice. Where applicable, the employee contribution as stipulated in the preceding paragraph shall be adjusted through the application of the second paragraph of Article 27.03, Subsection 2).
