Common use of Insurance Allowance Clause in Contracts

Insurance Allowance. 44.1 Doctors who exercise rights of private practice in the course of their employment and who pay across all or part of the income to the Health Service, a Special Purpose Fund or a Private Practice Fund (including a "Xxxxxx" or like fund) shall be paid an allowance to assist to meet the costs of private Medical Indemnity Insurance.
