INSURANCE AND ANNUITY PLAN. The provisions of Article XVI are applicable to Special Needs Instructors who are employed twenty (20) hours or more per week. Special Needs Instructors shall be entitled to maternity leave in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Section 105d. Further, the COMMITTEE may grant a maternity leave in excess of eight weeks for a period not to exceed the remainder of the one-year appointment. APPENDIX E
