INSURANCE AND LIABILITIES TO THIRD PARTIES. (a) The Contractor shall provide and thereafter maintain all appropriate workers compensation insurance, or its equivalent, with respect to its employees to cover claims for personal injury, bodily injury or death arising from or in connection with the implementation of the Contract.

INSURANCE AND LIABILITIES TO THIRD PARTIES. (a) 5.1 The Contractor shall provide and thereafter maintain all appropriate workers workmen's compensation insurance, or its equivalent, with respect to its employees and other liability insurance to cover claims for personal injuryits employees, bodily injury agents, servants, and subcontractors performing work or death arising from or services in connection with the implementation of the this Contract.
