INSURANCE AND LIABILITIES TO THIRD PARTIES. 11.1 The Parties note that the UNDP is self-insured. Without prejudice to the foregoing, throughout the execution of this Agreement, UNDP shall: 11.1.1 maintain appropriate insurance coverage with respect to third-party motor vehicle liability insurance; 11.1.2 maintain appropriate cargo insurance against loss of or damage to supplies and equipment, if any, purchased in whole or in part with funds provided under this Agreement until transferred to the Recipient; 11.1.3 with regard to its Staff, Consultants and other personnel, maintain appropriate health insurance; provide for compensation in respect of injury, sickness or death while performing official duties of UNDP; and maintain malicious acts insurance.
