  • Notice and Hearing Prior to permanently suspending payment pursuant to 7.5.1 or 7.5.2, the Department shall provide reasonable notice and conduct a hearing before the Texas Juvenile Justice Department Board. The administrative determination rendered by the Department Board is final.

  • Review by the Association of Procurement Decisions The Procurement Plan shall set forth those contracts which shall be subject to the Association’s Prior Review. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Association.

The Performer agrees to execute or to have executed and promptly deliver to DARPA all instruments necessary to (i) establish or confirm the rights the Government has throughout the world in those Subject Inventions to which the Performer elects to retain title, and (ii) convey title to DARPA when requested under Paragraph C of this Article and to enable the Government to obtain patent protection throughout the world in that Subject Invention.

  • POSTING OF RECOMMENDED AWARD AND PROTESTS The recommended award will be posted for review by interested parties at the Procurement Division and at: xxxx://xxxx.xxxx.xxx/OrangeBids/AwardsRec/default.asp prior to submission through the appropriate approval process and will remain posted for a period of five (5) full business days.

  • THE COURT’S FINAL APPROVAL HEARING The Court will hold a hearing to decide whether to approve the settlement. You may attend and you may ask to speak, but you don’t have to.

  • Failure to Comply with Arbitrator’s Decision 10.6.1 The award of such Arbitrator shall be final and binding upon the parties.
