Insurance and Medical Plans. 1. The Company will provide full-time employees covered by this Agreement, who have completed a minimum of 90 days of active employment with the Company, the opportunity to be covered by the basic life and AD&D insurance, and the medical, prescription drug, vision dental, and flexible spending account plans the Company offers to its “general population” while he/she is on active payroll. 2. The Company will provide employees covered by this Agreement, who have completed a minimum of 90 days of active employment with the Company, the opportunity to obtain optional life and AD&D insurance the Company offers to its “general population” while he/she is on active payroll.
