Common use of Insurance Company Qualifications Clause in Contracts

Insurance Company Qualifications. Each company issuing policies required under Subsection 15.1. of this Amendment must: (a) be licensed to transact business in the State of Florida; and, (b) have an AM Best Financial Strength rating of “A-” or above.
