Insurance Coverage During a Leave of Absence for Personal Reasons. The District will continue to pay the flexible benefits for the insurance coverage for the first twenty-four (24) weeks in a 12-month period. After twenty-four (24) weeks, the employee may continue to pay for the insurance coverage selected during the approved leave of absence.
