Insurance Coverage While Injured. The Employer will provide health insurance benefits in compliance with ORS 659a.060-659a.066. The Employer will provide health insurance benefits to an employee which has been injured on the job and has a bona fide SAIF claim. The employer will pay the employee's contribution toward the injured employee's health insurance for a maximum of twelve (12) months from the date of injury.
