Insurance Obtained by Contractor. Contractor shall, at its expense, obtain and maintain in effect for the period beginning on the date that is ten (10) days after the hereof and for so long after Project Completion that Contractor has any repair or warranty obligations under this Agreement those insurance coverages specified in this Section 14.2. All such insurance obtained by Contractor shall be in compliance with all sums, deductibles, requirements and/or conditions specified in this Article 14.
