INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS Insurance Coverage. Commencing no later than five calendar days after execution of this Contract, the Contractor shall, at its own expense, secure and maintain the insurance coverage required by law and explicitly required by this section and shall provide proof to the Department for approval. Performance may not commence on this Contract until such time as insurance is secured by the Contractor and approved by the Department.
