Common use of Insurer’s Right to Associate Clause in Contracts

Insurer’s Right to Associate. The Insurer shall at all times have the right, but not the duty, to associate with the Insureds in the investigation, defense or settlement of any Claim that may implicate coverage under this Policy. The Insureds shall cooperate with the Insurer and provide the Insurer with such information as it may reasonably require in the investigation, defense or settlement of any Claim. The failure of one Insured Person or Company to comply with this provision shall not impair the rights of any other Insured Person under this Policy.
