Common use of INTEGRATED CONTRACT Clause in Contracts

INTEGRATED CONTRACT. This Agreement and the Exhibits hereto contain the entire agreement of ANAHEIM and CONSULTANT with respect to the matters covered hereby, and no agreement, statement or promise made by either ANAHEIM or CONSULTANT which is not contained herein, shall be valid or binding. No prior agreement, understanding or representation pertaining to any such matter shall be effective for any purpose.

INTEGRATED CONTRACT. This Agreement and the Exhibits exhibits hereto contain the entire agreement of ANAHEIM and CONSULTANT with respect to the matters covered hereby, and no agreement, statement or promise made by either ANAHEIM or CONSULTANT which is not contained herein, shall be valid or binding. No prior agreement, understanding or representation pertaining to any such matter shall be effective for any purpose.

INTEGRATED CONTRACT. This Agreement and the Exhibits hereto contain contains the entire agreement of ANAHEIM and CONSULTANT with respect to the matters covered hereby, and no agreement, statement or promise made by either ANAHEIM or CONSULTANT which is not contained herein, shall be valid or binding. This Agreement and the Exhibits Exhibit A hereto contain the entire agreement of ANAHEIM and CONSULTANT with respect to the matters covered hereby, and no agreement, statement or promise made by either ANAHEIM or CONSULTANT which is not contained herein, shall be valid or binding. No prior agreement, understanding or representation pertaining to any such matter shall be effective for any purpose.

INTEGRATED CONTRACT. This Agreement and the Exhibits hereto contain the entire agreement of ANAHEIM Anaheim and CONSULTANT Contractor with respect to the matters covered hereby, and no agreement, statement statement, or promise made by either ANAHEIM Anaheim or CONSULTANT which Contractor that is not contained herein, herein shall be valid or binding. No prior agreement, understanding understanding, or representation pertaining to any such matter the matters covered hereby shall be effective for any purpose.

INTEGRATED CONTRACT. This Agreement and the Exhibits hereto contain the entire agreement of ANAHEIM Anaheim and CONSULTANT Consultant with respect to the matters covered hereby, and no agreement, statement or promise made by either ANAHEIM Anaheim or CONSULTANT Consultant which is not contained herein, shall be valid or binding. No prior agreement, understanding or representation pertaining to any such matter matters covered hereby shall be effective for any purpose.

This Agreement and the Exhibits exhibits hereto contain the entire agreement of ANAHEIM and CONSULTANT VALIANT with respect to the matters covered hereby, and no agreement, statement or promise made by either ANAHEIM or CONSULTANT VALIANT which is not contained herein, shall be valid or binding. No prior agreement, understanding or representation pertaining to any such matter shall be effective for any purpose.

INTEGRATED CONTRACT. This Agreement and the Exhibits A and B hereto contain the entire agreement of ANAHEIM and CONSULTANT ACCOUNTANTS with respect to the matters covered hereby, and no agreement, statement or promise made by either ANAHEIM or CONSULTANT ACCOUNTANTS which is not contained herein, shall be valid or binding. No prior agreement, understanding or representation pertaining to any such matter shall be effective for any purpose.

INTEGRATED CONTRACT. 2 This Agreement and the Exhibits hereto contain the entire agreement of 3 ANAHEIM and CONSULTANT CONTRACTOR with respect to the matters covered hereby, and no agreement, 4 statement or promise made by either ANAHEIM or CONSULTANT CONTRACTOR which is not contained 5 herein, shall be valid or binding. No prior agreement, understanding or representation pertaining 6 to any such matter shall be effective for any purpose.

INTEGRATED CONTRACT. 28 This Agreement and the Exhibits hereto contain the entire agreement of 1 ANAHEIM and CONSULTANT with respect to the matters covered hereby, and no agreement, 2 statement or promise made by either ANAHEIM or CONSULTANT which is not contained 3 herein, shall be valid or binding. No prior agreement, understanding or representation pertaining 4 to any such matter shall be effective for any purpose.

INTEGRATED CONTRACT. This Agreement and the Exhibits hereto contain the entire agreement of ANAHEIM and CONSULTANT DISTRICT with respect to the matters covered hereby, and no agreement, statement or promise made by either ANAHEIM or CONSULTANT DISTRICT which is not contained herein, shall be valid or binding. No prior agreement, understanding or representation pertaining to any such matter shall be effective for any purpose.

INTEGRATED CONTRACT. 2 This Agreement and the Exhibits hereto contain the entire agreement of ANAHEIM 3 and CONSULTANT with respect to the matters covered hereby, and no agreement, statement or 4 promise made by either ANAHEIM or CONSULTANT which is not contained herein, herein shall be 5 valid or binding. No prior agreement, understanding or representation pertaining to any such 6 matter shall be effective for any purpose.

INTEGRATED CONTRACT. This Agreement and the Exhibits hereto contain the entire agreement of ANAHEIM Anaheim and CONSULTANT Consultant with respect to the matters covered hereby, and no agreement, statement statement, or promise made by either ANAHEIM Anaheim or CONSULTANT which Consultant that is not contained herein, herein shall be valid or binding. No prior agreement, understanding understanding, or representation pertaining to any such matter the matters covered hereby shall be effective for any purpose.

INTEGRATED CONTRACT. This Agreement and the Exhibits hereto contain the entire agreement of ANAHEIM and CONSULTANT between the Parties with respect to the matters covered hereby, and no agreement, statement statement, or promise made by either ANAHEIM Anaheim or CONSULTANT which Provider that is not contained herein, herein shall be valid or binding. No prior agreement, understanding understanding, or representation pertaining to any such matter the matters covered hereby shall be effective for any purpose. Capitalized terms defined in this Agreement have the same meaning when used in the Exhibits.
