Kickoff Meeting. 6.3.1. The Contractor shall conduct a kickoff meeting with the Purchaser to further clarify PO expectations.
6.3.2. If the PO covers more than just the Purchaser, the Contractor shall conduct a kickoff meeting for each Customer on a date and time agreed upon by the FL[DS] (if the Solution is being integrated into the CSOC) and the Customer. The Contractor may hold a kickoff meeting with multiple Customers per meeting.
6.3.3. The kickoff meeting for the Customer should include a demonstration of the Solution, or prior to the kickoff meeting, a link may be provided to the Customer to demonstrate the Solution.
Kickoff Meeting. Consultant shall organize and facilitate a Kickoff Meeting with City staff. Consultant’s PM and the appropriate Project team members shall attend the Kickoff Meeting. Topics to be discussed at the meeting shall include the following:
a. Introduction of key Consultant and City Project team members;
b. Presentation of Consultant’s QMP;
c. Review of Consultant’s understanding of the Project need and objectives;
d. Summary of Project scope, work plan, schedule and deliverables;
e. Recap of previously completed analyses, studies, and reports associated with the Project;
f. Discussion of other CIP or maintenance projects underway and planned that may be dependent on and/or have implications for the Project;
g. Discussion of coordination procedures for City landscape design and future Los Esteros Road modifications.
h. Additional information Consultant has deemed relevant to or necessary for Project and for which City may address by transmitting an existing document; and
i. Confirmation of next steps. Consultant shall prepare an agenda and meeting materials in advance of the Kickoff Meeting and shall prepare meeting minutes following the Kickoff Meeting.

c. Review of Consultant’s understanding of the Project need and objectives;
d. Summary of Project scope, work plan, schedule and deliverables;

Kickoff Meeting. Upon contract signature, a kickoff meeting is scheduled to initiate the implementation process, setting up a statement of work, server installations and scheduling the Business Practice Review (BPR).
Kickoff Meeting. Northeast Indiana Works (or designee) is responsible for convening all required and optional American Job Center Partners to formally kick-off negotiations, and to ensure that, at a minimum, all American Job Center Partners from all counties within the Northeast Indiana Works WDA are appropriately represented. The kickoff meeting should take place within four (4) weeks of notification as it must be hosted in a timely manner to allow for all steps to be conducted in good faith and in an open and transparent environment. At the kickoff meeting, the Northeast Indiana Works (or designee) must provide a detailed review of all relevant documents, facts, and information and ensure all Parties have sufficient time to ask questions or voice concerns and are fully aware of expectations and the overall process.
Kickoff Meeting. The Contractor shall hold a project kick-off meeting within fourteen days from the contract execution date. The Contractor shall coordinate with NYSERDA’s Project Management team to arrange the meeting at a mutually convenient time and place. The Contractor is encouraged to invite representatives of key project partners. The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss feedback from the initial submission, finalize the strategies for accomplishing the objectives of this work and addressing the obstacles identified in the initial submission, and outline expectations for the final proposal submission. In a timely manner, the Contractor shall submit a brief report summarizing the issues discussed and decisions made, if any, during this meeting.
Kickoff Meeting. Prepare for and attend a project kickoff meeting with the Owner. The purpose of this meeting will be to establish communication channels, review the overall project schedule including major milestones and meetings, review objectives of the preliminary design, and review process for deliverables including process for Owner review and approval. This meeting is anticipated to be in person and last approximately 90 minutes and include a site visit.
