Common use of INTEGRATED CONTRACT Clause in Contracts

INTEGRATED CONTRACT. This Contract (including any addenda, exhibits, or attachments incorporated into and made a part of this contract) constitutes the entire agreement and understanding among the parties regarding the matters set forth herein and supersedes all previous negotiations, discussions, and understandings regarding such matters. The parties acknowledge and represent that they have not relied on any promise, inducement, representation, or other statement made in connection with this Contract that is not expressly contained herein. The terms of this Contract are contractual and not a mere recital.

INTEGRATED CONTRACT. This Contract (including any addenda, exhibits, and the attached exhibits to this Contract represent the entire understanding between the Parties. No verbal agreement or attachments incorporated into and made a part implied covenant shall be held to vary the provisions of this contract) constitutes Contract. This Contract shall bind and inure to the entire agreement and understanding among benefit of the parties regarding the matters set forth herein and supersedes all previous negotiations, discussions, and understandings regarding such matters. The parties acknowledge and represent that they have not relied on any promise, inducement, representation, or other statement made in connection with Parties to this Contract that is not expressly contained herein. The terms of this Contract are contractual and not a mere recitalany subsequent successors and assigns.
