Common use of INTEGRATED CONTRACT Clause in Contracts

INTEGRATED CONTRACT. 13 This Agreement and the Exhibits hereto contain the entire agreement of 14 ANAHEIM and CONTRACTOR with respect to the matters covered hereby, and no agreement, 15 statement or promise made by either ANAHEIM or CONTRACTOR which is not contained 16 herein, shall be valid or binding. No prior agreement, understanding or representation pertaining 17 to any matters covered hereby shall be effective for any purpose.

No prior agreement, understanding or representation 27 pertaining 17 to any matters covered hereby such matter shall be effective for any purpose.
