INTEGRATED CONTRACT. This Agreement and the exhibits and schedules hereto, and any written amendments to this Agreement satisfying the requirements of Section 10.1 hereof (i) constitute the entire agreement among Purchaser and Sellers with respect to the subject matter hereof or thereof, and (ii) supersede and replace all correspondence, understandings and communications between the parties hereto with respect to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
