Common use of INTEGRATED CONTRACT Clause in Contracts

INTEGRATED CONTRACT. This Agreement and the Exhibits hereto contain the entire 24 agreement of ANAHEIM and CONTRACTOR with respect to the matters covered hereby, and no 25 agreement, statement or promise made by either ANAHEIM or CONTRACTOR which is not 26 contained herein, shall be valid or binding. No prior agreement, understanding or representation 27 pertaining to any such matter shall be effective for any purpose.

INTEGRATED CONTRACT. 13 This Agreement and the Exhibits hereto contain the entire 24 agreement of 14 ANAHEIM and CONTRACTOR with respect to the matters covered hereby, and no 25 agreement, 15 statement or promise made by either ANAHEIM or CONTRACTOR which is not 26 contained 16 herein, shall be valid or binding. No prior agreement, understanding or representation 27 pertaining 17 to any such matter matters covered hereby shall be effective for any purpose.
