Common use of Integrated Pain Services Premium Clause in Contracts

Integrated Pain Services Premium. The Company shall pay Doctorate and Master’s Prepared mental health professionals covered by the Local 7 Mental Health or Multi-Professional collective bargaining agreements working in the Integrated Pain Services department a wage premium of $3.50 per hour when working in the department. The Company shall pay mental health professionals $3.50 for every hour worked performing Spinal Cord Stimulator (SCS) evaluations as currently defined work of the Integrated Pain Service. It is specifically understood that mental health evaluations currently exclusively performed outside of the Integrated Pain Services department do not trigger the $3.50 premium unless specifically agreed to by the parties. Should Kaiser shift work from Integrated Pain Services into other departments the parties should meet and discuss the impact of the decision.
